Understand
The
Purposes
Throughout
The
Day
Understand
there
are
several
purposes
throughout
the
day
to
glean
the
most
from
each
day.
First,
understand
the
whys
behind
what
you
are
doing.
First
you
should
have goals,
objectives
and a
vision
of
what
you
want
done.
I
suggest
look
at
the
big
picture
as
these
goals
sheets
suggest.
In
all 7
areas
of
life.
Take
into
consideration
the
future
-
where
do
YOU
want
to be
in 10
years
out,
5
years
out,
1
year
out,
6
months
out,
this
month,
this
week,
today?
Without
vision,
you
will
perish
and
waste
lots
of
time.
Which
brings
up
the
next
area
-
time.
Once
you
understand
what
you
want
to
do,
then
consider
your
time.
You
are
no
different
than
anyone
else.
You
have
24
hours
a
day,
168
hours
a
week,
5110
hours
a
month,
61,320
hours
a
year
and
lots
more
in
the
future.
Consider
The
Bank
everyone
is
given.
The
question
is
how
do
you
use
them
to
your
advantage?
That
is
the
key.
These
two items
- the
whys
behind
what
you
want
AND
the
utilization
of
the
time
you
have
-
work
together
for
you
to be
organized
with
purpose
and
meaning
to
accomplish
the
things
you
want
to
accomplish.
The
overall
perspective
of
the
purpose
of
each
day -
AND
the
parts
of
it.
Now,
consider
how
to
get
the
most
out
of
each
day.
With
the
whys
behind
you
(your
goals,
objectives
&
vision),
and
good
time
management,
understand
that
you
can
use
each
day
more
fully
by
understanding
the
purposes
of
the
parts
of
each
day
AND
how
the
body
and
mind
function.
Sleep
&
Rejuvenation
Is
First
First,
the
body
was
designed
in
such
a
manner
it
needs
rejuvenation.
6 to
8
hours
each
day.
It
needs
sleep.
During
sleep,
the
body rejuvenates
itself
in so
many
ways.
Various
studies
say
each
individual
is
different
in
their
needs
but
so
much
sleep
is
needed,
usually
between
6 to
8
hours
or
so.
There
will
be
Rapid
Eye
Movement
(REM)
as
well
as
Non-Rapid
Eye
Movement
(NREM)
that
alternate
about
every
90
minutes
while
we
sleep.
Each
has
their
function.
Each
helps
the
body rejuvenate
itself.
This
is an
interesting
study
in
and
by
itself.
Suffice
it to
say,
less
than
6
hours,
we do
not
do
our
bodies
justice
giving
it
time
to be
restored
and
rejuvenated
and
revitalized
as it
needs.

Ways

Good
Sleep"

issues.
Preparing
The
Body
For
The
Day -
The
Second
Part
Of
The
Day
Preparing
the
body
for
the
day
is
the
next
aspect
we
should
consider.
This
is
the
process
of waking
up
and
how
we do
that
-
fast
or
slow.
The
morning
hygiene
and
the
purposes
behind
that
routine
are
also
included
here
in
the
Academy.
The
rejuvenation
of
all
the
energy
the
body
needs
to
function
well
AND
healthily
are
found
in
the
foods
we
take
in as
well
as
the
morning
exercises.
Then
the
stimulation
of
the
mind
to
activate
it
for
full
productivity
for
the
rest
of
the
day
follows.
Keep
the
morning
wake
up
time
sound
free.
Turn
off
all
electronics
and
allow
the
mind
to
think.
To
meditate
and
be
stimulated
with
silence.
The
mind
really
is a
beautiful
mechanism.
Absolutely
incredible.
If
allowed
to do
its
thing.
Practice
these
silent
periods
and
it
becomes
even
more
receptive
to
good
stimulation.
Don't
clog
it
with
un-stimulating
input.
Silence
really
is
fantastic.
It
"cleans"
the
mind
in a
way
noise
can't.
It
stimulates
thinking.
Remember
-
garbage
in,
garbage
out.
Would
you put
sand
in
the
gas
tank
of an
automobile
as
fuel?
Why?
Simply,
because
it
isn't
proper
fuel.
Consider
what
goes
into
the
mind
is
the
same
thing.
Fuel
for
the
mind.
Sand
or
proper
gasoline
for
the
automobile.
Noise
or
silence
for
the
mind.
When
we
study
"additives"
(what
we
put
into
the
mind)
to
the
mind,
we
can see
how
the
mind
will
function
better
with
certain
"fuels"
than
with
others.
Therefore,
what
goes
into
the
mind
first
thing
in
the
day will
come
out
later
on.
Keep
the
first
part
of
the
day
ready
and
receptive
to
prepare
for
the
next
part
of
the
day.
Each
of
these
segments
can
be
elaborated
on
further
and
may
be in
the
future.
Remember
how
YOU
prepare
YOUR
body
for
the
day
will
dictate
how
your
day
will
unfold. I
suggest
prepare
it to
be as
productive
as
possible.
Next
In
The
Process
Is
Productive
Work.
Each
of us
humans
need
productive
Work
to be
fulfilled.
Not
only
financially
to
pay
for
the
other
things
in
life
we
would
like,
but
also,
mentally,
socially,
spiritually,
and
physically.
In so
many
ways.
Remember
throughout
the
day,
one
needs
to
replenish
the
nutrients
in
the
body
so it
continues
to
function
as it
should.
This
also
includes
short
periods
of
rest
to
re-charge
the
batteries
so to
speak.
Next
Is
The
Family
Time
One
of
the
best
times
for
family
is
over
meals,
the
more
meals
the
better
each
day.
Especially
the
evening
meal.
Studies
have
shown
when
one
uses
this
time
appropriately,
the
family
is
rejuvenated
as
well
as
each
of
the
individual
bodies
are
with
their
own meal.
They
also
become
more
of a
close-knit
family
unit.
This
evening
meal
together
as a
family
should
be
stressed
and
allow
nothing
to
interfere
with
this
EVERY
day.
For
many,
many
reasons.
After
that
meal,
find
ways
to
spend
some
time
together
as a
family.
Not
just
watching
TV
together
or a
movie.
But
some
activity,
such
as
playing
a fun
game.
Preparation
For
The
Future
Preparing
for
the
future
is
the
last
thing
before
starting
the
cycle
all
over
again
with
sleep.
Call
this
your homework.
Tailor
your
morning
studyings
to
YOU
and
YOUR
family
learning
the
material
as
best
as
you
can
before
the
next
day's
addition.
Think
about
and
try
to build
in flexibility.
Two
to
four
hours
a day
may
be
all
you
need
for
this
homework
activity.
Don't
forget
to
bring
the
family
into
this
area
as
well
teaching
them
what
you
are
learning.
Make
it a
family
affair.
And
by
doing
so,
you
set
the
stage
for
future
generations
to
expand
on
what
you've
begun
as in
the purpose,
objective
and
vision
of AGS
Life
Academy.
Again,
with
family
involvement,
the
closeness
is
built
like
you
would
not
believe.
Tailor
some
of it
to
each
member
of
the
family
and
their
age.
So,
How
Do
YOU
Put
It
All
Together
Simply
And
Easily?
One
of
two
ways
-
either
working
full
time
taking
AGS
Life
Academy
part
time
or
making
AGS
Life
Academy
full
time
and
working
part
time.
Remember,
the
next
6
months
will
set
the
stage
for
the
rest
of
your
life.
Therefore,
it is
suggested
invest
the
time
in
its
proper
way
so
you
allow
the
laws
of
nature
to
work
for
YOU
and
YOUR
family.
It
really
is in
YOUR
hands
AND
YOUR
control.
1.
Working
full time &
taking AGS Life Academy
part
time
to
get ahead ... :
The
basics - first thing
in the day ... (no
electronics
&
sound

allowing
the
mind
to
think
and
meditate
and
be
stimulated

it.)
- one hour reading
specific select
material per AGS
Life Academy
suggestions -
one half hour exercise
& become more
health oriented
- 12 to 18 minutes
staying informed,
thinking about or
meditating on or
recapping what's
learned -
one hour personal
hygiene, breakfast,
morning routine
Then,
depending
on your goals,
objectives and
desires ...
- work 8 to 10 hours
(and if unemployed
work at finding work)
One
works
to
put a
roof
over
the
heads
or
shelter
from
the
elements,
clothes
on
the
back
and
food
in
the
belly
and
perhaps
a
little
extra
to
take
the
pressure
off
one
so
they
can
then
do
other
activities
to
grow
and
learn
and

while
they

the

while
not
being
a
drain
on
society.
Those
things
-
roof,
clothes,
food,
things
-
don't
have
to be
exotic
or
great
but
may
be
minimal.
The
basics
need
to be
satisfied
first.
One
cannot
think
properly
if
one
is
worried
about
any
of
those
basics.
Therefore,
just
about
any
type
work
as
long
as it
is
honest
and

will
be
sufficient
for
the
short
term.
The

obviously,
the

those
basics.
Remember,
initially,
it is
not
the

of
those

as

as
the

are
met.
The

once
the
basics
are
met,
offers
other
opportunities
for
growth
and
implementation
of
what
you
learn
over
the
next
6
months.
So,
it is
critical
one
has a
job.
Initially,
any
job.
Then,
...
- two hours family,
dinner, family some
more. Play
uplifting pleasant
& harmonious
classical music in
the background while
you dine and see a
difference in
attitudes quickly.
- two to four hours
(like PT job with
delayed
gratification)
upgrading self &
other learning
following AGS
Life Academy
guidelines while
getting organized
& preparing for
tomorrow & the future
- sleep 6 to 8 hours
for personal rejuvenation
Remember
to
"refresh"
yourself
at
least
one
day a
week.
Refresh
means
take
off

and
slow

Slow
down
from
the

during
the

Take
extra
time
to

it.

How

Hence, an initial
plan that should be
somewhat flexible,
yet disciplined with
a specific format as
suggested here.
Hence, an initial
plan.
The
First Week
The
first week will be
hectic attempting to
get a lot done in
such a short span of
time. Getting
organized is the key.
From
past experience, may
I suggest:
As
soon as you wake,
begin your daily
routine preparing for
the day, exercise,
personal hygiene,
breakfast and
read an hour a day as
indicated by the
Foundation - the one
book a month for that
month. After
that, do your staying
informed 12 to 18
minutes a day.
The first 30 days may
take longer than 12
to 18 minutes just to
get caught up on
everything
internationally.
But, after 30 days,
you can expect to cut
it back to
12 to 18 minutes per
day first thing in
the morning.
Then
go to work for 8 to
12 hours.
In
the evening, spend
time with the family
having dinner and
conversing, playing
games, helping with
homework, etc.
2 hours with the
family will generate
incredible benefits
later on.
Then,
spend two to four
hours getting caught
up on "the NEW
YOU" program as
outlined here in AGS
Life Academy.
Just like a part time
job yet with many
more profound benefits than
any job could
generate.
This
first week is
critical to YOUR
success. It
will set the tone and
the discipline in
weeks and months
ahead. The more
you do now in the
first week, the more
you can overcome the
urge when other
things creep in to
entice you away from
your "NEW
YOU" goal. Your
future will take
effort and
time. Set it up
right to begin with,
and later, it really
will be easy to
continue.
Once,
you've done the
initial two to four
hours the first week,
go to bed and get a
good 6 to 8 hours of rejuvenation
sleep.
Thereafter
Thereafter,
after the first week
with the program, you
may use the time each
night in implementing
part of the
program. Please
keep in mind some
aspects may and will
take longer than
others. Two to
four
hours a
night
study,
ponder,
implement.
Then
tweak
some
more.
Concerning
the finances, once
established, as a
former client told me
to tell all new
people with the Life
Finances ... Made
Simple
program, they can't
go to bed at night
until they brush
their teeth.
And they can't brush
their teeth without
doing Gary's Life
Finances ... Made
Simple
program. Then,
the financial program
only takes two
minutes a day.
Just two
minutes. That's
what he told me to
say and so, it was
just said. You
were just told.
Therefore,
please remain
flexible.
Basically, use
two to
four
hours a
night
for your individualized
program.
