One of the first books you may want to read and digest is the # 1 New York Times Bestseller - "Leadership" by Rudolph W. Giuliani.  Excellently filled with practical leadership principles that can be implemented immediately by anyone in almost any situation.  This book should be read within the second six months of your first year in any case.

Again, should you be interested in sharing yourself with us asking for our input in what we might suggest you read, write use and tell us a little about yourself, your likes, your dis-likes, your strengths and your weaknesses.  We will respond.

Take for example the Sales and Marketing industry.  Do not say you don't sell.  Everyone sells all the time.  Everyone should check this Sales and Marketing section out.

Continue To Reward Yourself EVERY Month

Once having completed the more formal AGS Life Academy Foundation Program, continue your Music Appreciation class.  If at all possible, find a classical concert in the area and keep going once a month.  Dress up nice and treat yourself.  Take someone else with you if possible.  

Do an investigative study about the particular concert you are going to concerning the artist (composer) and all the who, what, when, where, why, how, and the purpose of the concert when it was first written.  

Continue in your notebook or file on Music Appreciation with these notes and what YOU, the student, got out of the concert, if anything.  Wait at least 3 days before you write about your thoughts in that regard.  

Indicate any difference of YOUR attitude toward classical music or music in general and how it affects you.

Quick Review Of Your Time With AGS Life Academy

Now is the time, if you hadn't done so in awhile, to review The Purpose, Objective & Vision page, the Staying Informed in 12 to 18 minutes a day page, the How to be healthy in  6 months page, the How To Get The Most Out Of This Academy page, The Opportunities page and of course the Home page.

Think back over these past 6 months or however long you've been involved with the Academy to go through it all.  Consider the highlights and the low points and what YOU did each step of the way.  What pages and sections of those pages helped you the most.  

Who do you know that could benefit others from AGS Life Academy?  Will you be an Alumni for the Academy?  Write us and volunteer, if you would, please.

Upon graduation of AGS Life Academy, you CANNOT help but be promoted to a leadership position.  Those around you will propel you to take a leadership position.  The ageless proven principles will have been ingrained in you deep down in your inner core and your heart.  Assuming you were serious from the beginning or became even more serious as you saw the principles work for yourself.  They will become YOU, obviously, tailored to you.  People will see that automatically and want YOU to lead them.  

When that time comes, as it will, please do so with some responsibility.  Your hope galore, your happiness deep within you, your peace and prosperity in more than just money and possessions represent the Academy.

And now a new beginning...

YOUR future is now before you.  You will discover there is so much to learn and you will want to learn.  What you have learned at AGS Life Academy will have given you the foundation to go forward as only you can.  Your future as it unfolds will blow your mind.  No doubt in our minds.  You will have learned what you will need to progress in it.  We are excited for you just thinking about it all.  It will be your new beginning.  Happy future, graduate.

Prove By Doing

Remember, the Founder and President is a no-name nobody making these claims.  Yes, they are backed up with a guarantee.  But, don't believe him or any person on earth.  Prove it for yourself.  And the best way in proving something is by DOING.  Do what is suggested here at the Academy and in six months, you write us and tell us whether it works or not.  Whether you want a check in the mail or offer your endorsements.  YOU decide, not in theory simply by reading, which should be a giant YES in and by itself.  But, by DOING showing and proving we're right or not.  That is YOUR challenge.  Prove us by doing.  We're expecting you to have more talents and skills than the Founder and President has had and has currently.

Hence, ... if he can do it based on what he has read over the decades and still read daily, then you sure ought to be able to more.

Return Once A Year

It takes 6 times to hear or read something before it really becomes you.  This process is called the Process of Osmosis.  This is one reason why so many things are repeated throughout AGS Life Academy.  The more times you hear something, the deeper into YOU it goes.

This same principle helped him develop outstanding statistiques in his former professions that made his peers envious.  This technique may bring YOU opportunities you may not believe should you decide to implement.

By this same token, we suggest return to AGS Life Academy once a year and go through it again for at least 6 years in a row.  Not only will you cement the principles you've learned your first time through that much more deeper in you, but you will undoubted learn more as well.  For at least two very important reasons.  Mark it in your calendar for one year from now - time to take AGS Life Academy again.

Each time you go through something, regardless how many times you went through it, you SEE things you didn't see before.  This too is a principle and a law in and by itself.  And this is for many reasons.  Maybe you might have a slightly different perspective or additional experience you've acquired since the previous time or just simply you see the whole more completely when you go through the individual sections again.  You see how it "fits" in with the whole better.  There are other reasons as well.

The second and just as important reason is there most likely will be more material here at AGS Life Academy the next time you take it.  New material is adding constantly and fine tuning as well.  There is so much more the Founder wants to add.  Perhaps less than 10% of that future amount is here right now to give you an idea of the eventual content.

This does not preclude you from returning during the year as well and refreshing yourself.  Or going through your textbooks refreshing what you learned especially when particular "issues" come up and you just may want to see how to deal with them.

Speaking of Opportunities

The opportunities are ahead of you.  You may decide to even check out those potentials here at the Academy.  Remember the Organizational Chart as well for other possibilities.  Obviously, we would be interested in talking with graduates of the Academy and seeing how we might work things out for a mutual benefit.

One final suggestion ...

- Men should check out How To Dress For Success by John T. Malloy.  He wrote a book for women and it is alright and more than acceptable.  But there are other authors perhaps even better for the women.  Remember, you don't want to pay high "new" or "like new" prices.  You want the information so buy the pre-owned "used" version.

Well, maybe another quick point ...

Learn how to be appreciative and play a game of appreciativeness.  Be appreciative with what you have and are given and who serves you and those around you.  Play a game taken from the book "Try Giving Yourself Away" by David Dunn.  

Send at least 5 unsolicited thank you letters out each day to people and businesses least expecting a thank you and make it personal and meaningfully uplifting and positive and SINCERE.  And do so WITHOUT expecting ANYTHING in return.  A total giving of self.  Be deep down thankful.

Or, find 5 people to help in some way each day where they cannot return anything to you.  If someone does return the help or pays something, then find another to replace that one helped
