Inexpensive
ideas
to
generate
improved
moral,
profits,
good
feelings
internally
or
externally.
Be
willing
to
pay
extra
for
these
suggestions
while
perhaps
also
asking
for
volunteers.
Some
employees
may
be
interested
while
others
may
not
be
and
may
need
an
extra
incentive.
Perhaps,
consider
also
building
these
positions
right
in to
a job
description
and
standard
of
performance.

Employee

programs

or
other

Improve
retention
and
longevity
of
employees
inexpensively
while
increasing
internal
awareness
of
fellow
staff.
Designate
one

area
for
"the

Office
plants
&
flowers
- contest
of
employees
who
is
best
gardener
and
have
that
individual
be
the
"company
gardener"
with
office
and
property
gardener
with
a
budget
to
keep
flowers
and
plants
alive
and
in
bloom
outside
and
inside
most
of
the
year.
If
necessary,
hire
an
outside
service
to do
this
consistently
each
week
or
month.
Office
plants
&
flowers
are
well
known
to
increase
good
will
and
attitudes
in
offices
both
of
employees
and
visitors.

Communications Guru
- Invite
or
select
someone
to
learn
the
art
of
writing
and
sending
in-house
newsletters
to
all
employees
AND
select
external
recipients. Consider social networks as well - Facebook,
twitter, LinkedIn, etc. for both internal and external
communications. May
also
be
email
blasts,
or
fax
blasts
externally.
Once
a
month
would
be
fine
with
periodic
more
urgent
newsletters,
email blasts and perhaps weekly comments on the social networks.
